Within one week of return, individuals and groups will also receive (via email) follow-up materials to aid in unpacking the pilgrimage experience. Groups can also elect to receive materials for in-person discussion groups, to be led by a leader, chaplain, or volunteer of the group.
PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit of $250 (payable by cash, check, or money order) is due at the time of registration. All electronic payments incur a 3% convenience fee. The $250 deposit is non-refundable. Holy Land Tours and Travel, LLC retains the right to cancel any reservations that are not paid in full 90 days prior to departure and to charge any applicable cancellation fees or penalties listed on the invoice received by Pilgrims. CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either by letter or email. While cancellations can be made at any time, any refunds will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined on the invoice provided to the Pilgrim.
If Holy Land Tours and Travel, LLC cancels the pilgrimage for any reason other than safety concerns, security issues, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the full amount paid, less any non-refundable deposits made to third-party vendors.
For cancellations due to the aforementioned reasons, all payments made by each participant (pax) will be applied as a credit to their account with Holy Land Tours and Travel, LLC, which can be used for future services. No further refund or liability will be assumed beyond this credit.
