Refund Policy for Cancellations
The $250 deposit is non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via letter or email. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined on the invoice provided at the time of registration. Our responsibility is limited to the refund amount according to that schedule.
Once airline tickets (including any upgrades) are issued, they are 100% non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unexpected cancellations, emergencies, or delays.
Refund Policy for Canceled Pilgrimage
If a pilgrimage is canceled by Holy Land Tours and Travel, LLC for reasons not related to safety, security, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued minus any non-refundable deposits paid to third-party vendors on your behalf.
Airline Refund Policy
All group airline tickets are round-trip, economy class, and are non-refundable once ticketed. Participants may not use frequent flyer miles to purchase group tickets. Any cancellations, changes, or unused tickets are subject to airline-imposed fees and penalties.
Airfares, carriers, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Any additional charges imposed by the airline beyond the original fare — including fuel surcharges, taxes, or changes in fees — are the responsibility of the traveler.
Seating preferences may be requested directly with the airline during check-in, but cannot be guaranteed. Group flight deviations are not permitted.
Non-Refundable Expenses
Refunds are not available for unused meals or services during the pilgrimage. If a participant is unable to join certain portions of the pilgrimage due to health, personal, or logistical reasons, no partial refund will be issued.
While we do our best to accommodate all participants, Holy Land Tours and Travel, LLC cannot be held responsible for a traveler’s inability to participate in scheduled activities, and no compensation or credit can be provided for missed portions of the trip.
