For this reason, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel protection to safeguard their trip investment. Please review the cancellation and refund policy carefully:
- The $250 deposit is non-refundable and confirms your intent to participate. To ensure we can focus on committed travelers, reservations without full payment or active communication may be released to waitlisted participants.
- Once airline tickets (including upgrades) are issued, they are 100% non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
- If you cancel 90 days or more before the trip, you are eligible for a refund of 75% of the total trip price, minus the deposit.
- If you cancel between 89 and 60 days before the trip, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total trip price, minus the deposit.
- If you cancel between 59 and 35 days before the trip, you are eligible for a refund of 25% of the total trip price, minus the deposit.
- If you cancel within 35 days of the trip start date, we regret that no refund can be provided due to non-recoverable expenses already committed.
