Holy Land Tours and Travels, LLC is not responsible for any additional fees pertaining to early seat selection. Holy Land Tours and Travels, LLC is categorized as a travel group, which means airlines select passenger seats upon presenting boarding passes at the airport.
Individual Tickets
Holy Land Tours and Travels, LLC is not responsible for any additional fees pertaining to early seat selection. If you have an individual ticket, you can go to the airlines website and select your early seat selection which will include an airline fee which is paid by passenger due to the seat upgrade. Holy Land Tours and Travels, LLC is not responsible for this fee/charge.
Business/Class Upgrade
Holy Land Tours and Travels, LLC is not responsible for any additional fees pertaining to Business/Class upgrades. If you desire to get an upgrade, please notify us by email at info@holylandtoursandtravel.com We will send you a quote and provide you with the total due for the upgrade. Please note that the upgrade price is only valid for 24 hours from the date of the quote. If you decide to upgrade after 24 hours, the price may be higher. We suggest, if you are interested in the upgrade to confirm on the same day the quote is received. Payments for upgrade(s) are due upfront and are separated from the total pilgrimage. A separate invoice will be sent, and a receipt will be accompanied after payment is received.
