Registration Process

Registration is the first step to reserving your space on a pilgrimage. To do so, you will need to pay a deposit of $250, which can be paid by cash, check, or money order, and submit a completed registration form. You can find both the offline and online registration forms on the pilgrimage page of our website.

If you prefer to register online, please fill out the form with accurate information and make sure your name matches the name on your passport. In the notes section, you can include any additional information that you think we should know. Once you have submitted the form, please proceed to the “Make a Payment” page on our website to pay the non-refundable deposit of $250 per person. One of our team members will reach out to you with more information as needed.

If you prefer to register offline, you can download and print the registration form from the pilgrimage page of our website. Please fill out the form completely and legibly to avoid any errors. You will also need to include a copy of your passport and the non-refundable deposit payment of $250 per person, which should be made payable to “Holy Land Tours and Travels”. Once you have all the documents, please mail them to our office at:

Please note that a registration form with incomplete information will not be considered complete until all required information is submitted. Also, registrations are processed in the order they are received by Holy Land Tours and Travels, LLC, and a registration is only completed once both the deposit and the completed registration form are received.
