These vendors, such as transportation providers, accommodations, and sightseeing arrangements, are independent contractors and not direct employees or agents of Holy Land Tours and Travels. Additionally, Holy Land Tours and Travels disclaims liability for damages, losses, expenses, or inconvenience caused by delays or changes in schedules, booking arrangements, transportation services, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of terrorism, construction, war, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Land Tours and Travels disclaims any liability for damages or injuries sustained due to its negligence. In no event shall Holy Land Tours and Travels’ liability exceed the amounts paid for the pilgrimage, subject to the provisions and cancellation fees set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Holy Land Tours and Travels is not responsible for any misquotes contained in the documentation and may change the contents at any time without notice and at its sole discretion.
