Tour's Itinerary
  • Day 1 Departure and Arrival in Lima

    Depart USA: Flights to Lima: Today we depart for our flights to Lima with meals and beverages served aloft. Upon arrival at Lima airport and after visa formalities we were greeted by our HLTC representative and continued to our hotel to check in and for time to rest.

  • Day 2 Lima City Tour

    Lima: City Tour: Lima: City Tour: Our pilgrimage begins with a city tour of Lima, the oldest capital in South America, with a superb combination of Spanish Colonial and 19th-century European architecture. Visit the Plaza de Armas of Lima, where we will see the Government and Municipal Palaces. Visit the nearby Lima Cathedral and San Pedro Church. After free time for lunch, we transfer to the Parks of Miraflores where we have a panoramic tour. We have time for shopping in the Indian Market and then retur to our hotel for overnight. Return to our hotel for overnight.

  • Day 3 Cuzco: Coricancha Temple

    Cuzco: Coricancha Temple: After breakfast, transfer to the airport and take a flight to Cuzco. Upon arrival, you are transferred to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, join the orientation tour of Cuzco, the old capital of the Inca Empire. You will start your tour with a visit to the Concancha, also known as the construction of which was ordered by the famous Inca Emperor Pachacutec (1430-14/1). The temple was used as a base for the construction of the Santo Domingo Convent upon the arrival of the Spaniards. Mass celebration will be held at the Santo Domingo Church

  • Day 4 Cuzco: Plaza de Armas, Cuzco Cathedral

    Cuzco: Plaza de Armas, Cuzco Cathedral: This morning fter breakfast we move to the south of Cusco to discover the Andean Baroque Circuit, passing through different small towns and crossing beautiful natural landscapes. 19 kilometers from Cusco we will find the own of Huasao, known mainly for its tradition of witches or shamans. ater we will stop in the town of Oropesa, famous for making the typical chuta bread. We continue the trip to the Church of San Pedro Apóstol de Andahuay lillas. This beautiful temple was built in 1610 probably on an Inca sanctuary. The beauty of its gold leaf framed paintings and ceiling engravings gave it the nickname "America's Sistine Chapel." We continue to the colonial temple of San Juan Bautista de Huaro, built with adobe and simple stone in the second half of the 1 6th century approximately. Among the most emblematic works of the site are 'The Holy Family' and The Scene of the Last Judgment, which includes Santa Rosa de Lima. At the end of the visit, we retum to the city. This afternoon we walk to the Plaza de Armas for a guided tour in the Cathedral of Cusco, the most important building on the Main Square and the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cuzco.

  • Day 5 Cuzco: Sacred Valley

    Cuzco: Sacred Valley: After breakfast, we drive to the Sacred Valley of Incas. Visit a popular religious shrine (Señor de Huanca) and celebrate Mass there. We will visit the historical town of Pisac with its colorful market. Lunch in Pisac. We then head to Ollanta station to take a train to Aguas Calientes which is the gateway city to Machu Picchu.

  • Day 6 Machu Picchu Exploration

    Machu Picchu: Cuzco: After breakfast, we will visit one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The legendary Lost City of Machu Picchu, the most famous archaeological site in all of South America, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Your first view of the ruins really does take your breath away. Enjoy exploring the ancient citadel, its corridors, ceremonial centers, and terraces with its tremendous view across the Urubamba River valley. Free afternoon at leisure before returning to our hotel for overnight.

  • Day 7 Cuzco: Sacsayhuaman Fortress

    Cuzco: Fortress of Sacsayhuaman: This morning we take an early train back to Cuzco. Travel to the nearby ruins and the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman and the Cristo Blanco, spectacularly set above the city. We have a late lunch / early dinner before we transfer to the airport for your flights to Lima.

  • Day 8 Flights to Mexico City

    Flights to Mexico: Today we board our flights to Mexico. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel in Mexico City for dinner and overnight. Mexico City (Breakfast, Dinner)

  • Day 9 Mexico City: Guadalupe

    Mexico City: Guadalupe: This morning, en route to Teotihuacan, a stop will be made at the Plaza of the 3 Cultures (Tlaltelolco) to see the Church of St. James where San Juan Diego was baptized. Continue to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan to see the Pyramids of the Sun, the Moon, and the Quetzal Butterfly Temple. Lunch is included at Gran Teocalli. Continue to the Shrine to attend Mass and visit the grounds. Free time for prayers.

  • Day 10 Xochimilco Excursion

    Xochimilco: Today we visited the Church of St. John the Baptist and a short visit to Coyoacan town. Mass is held in San Bernardino. Afterwards, a delightful gondola nide along the flower laden canals of Xochimilco - the floating gardens of Mexico. A box lunch will be provided on board the bus en route to Xochimilco. We then return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

  • Day 11 Mexico City Sightseeing

    Mexico City: Mass at Miguel Pro, visit the Zocalo with Metropolitan Cathedral, Templo Mayor (outside), and National Palace (outside). Farewell visit to the Shrine (Time permitting).

  • Day 12 Return Home

    Retum Home: Today we take an early morning flight back home with memories and keepsakes to last a lifetime.
